This thing is a BEAST! To test it out, I put a compression stop on as tight as I could with two 14" pipe wrenches. One hard initial pump of the gun and then it was smooth sailing. This is a solid metal design. I originally thought it might be cheaply made, but this thing will take abuse for years. I have gotten the chance to use it several times already on stop replacements. It has saved me (more like the company lol) several hours already. Worth the price

Confirm shipping address when someone tells you they didn't receive their order. Instead of ghosting the customer and shipping a second one ALSO to the incorrect address. Your excuse was that's the address shop had. I was emailing you to figure out what happened and instead of communicating with me you just shipped another one. Both of them were stolen by the person who owns that mailbox. So yes technically shop had the wrong address but your customer service dropped the ball by not communicating with me.

I’ve used many of the T handle ferrule extractors, broken most of them and the other ones just wouldn’t get the job done. The ferrule blaster worked amazing! I’m very impressed with how easy it was to use! I can’t wait to use the moon blaster one I ordered at the same time for the shower valve cartridges. My shower handle cartridge has been leaking for months and just need to find the replacement cartridge first and then I’ll try it out.

I originally thought like, okay. I'm gonna buy this expensive tool and probably end up not really liking it, and then I got to use it and. I turned out absolutely loving this thang it is so much easier than having to crank on that stupid nut. Style, one and being in that uncomfortable position with this ferrel blaster one hand no problem, tight areas, no problem. It'll get the job done.

I used one of these tools that a couple worker had and I just couldn't believe how simple it made the job. I personally dislike changing emergency shut off valves. This tool makes it a breeze and puts alot less strain on your wrist too.

Im usually skeptical of specialty plumbing tools but this works great!! Pulling the plunger back takes some practice but other than that this is an awesome tool!
